Dr Ann Mihkelson is Editor of Chemistry Australia, the professional journal of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute for which she received a citation. Ann has published three textbooks, an autobiograpy, and appeared in over 60 publications on chemical education.

Dana Popvich works in ethnic social welfare. A strong advocate for the role of migrant women, refugees, ethnic childcare, multicultural aged care and against domestic violence, Dana has been honoured many times for her outstanding contribution to community services in WA.

Katharina Fehringer

A music teacher, performing classical guitarist and violinist. Katharina is a member of the Netherlands Guitar Orchestra and regularly tours throughout Europe. In addition to her music, she also campaigns against child abuse. Katharina was awarded Young Australian of the Year for the Northern Territory in 2007.
